Catella APAM (“APAM”), the specialist UK real estate investment manager, is delighted to announce the appointment of Patrick Anderson who joins the APAM senior management team today.
Patrick joins APAM from Värde where he was a director of Värde’s European real estate team. Prior to this, Patrick was at Alvarez and Marsal where he advised on c. £35bn of real estate assets and credit exposures. Patrick’s experience in debt restructuring and repositioning of assets bolsters APAM’s extensive capabilities in this area where APAM has a strong track record.
Patrick also has extensive experience in alternative sectors and operational real estate including hotels and healthcare businesses.
