Jangle aims to provide users with the portal they want

Jangle, the property portal that is planning to launch in 2023 with the promise of ‘Zero Portal Spend’ for users, is looking for agents and developers to have their say on what they want from property marketing portals.

“Our aim is to change the portal market for agents and developers,” says Jangle founder, and director, Jeremy Rosenblatt.

“For too long, users have had to pay high fees and accept the functionality of the property portals given to them, without being able to influence the service or features provided. We want to change that and respond to the actual needs of our users, and consider it essential to provide the market with a sales and lettings platform that works as they want it to.

“Rather than imposing our ideas on them, we want Jangle’s features to reflect the actual day-to-day needs of agents up and down the country. As an agent with 30 years of experience in the north London property market, I have my own idea of what features and attributes I would like to see in a portal. However, this does not necessarily reflect what an agent in another city, a regional market town or a rural village would want.

“Our aim is to be adaptable to the needs and wants of the market,” he added

To help it create this flexibility and meet the preferences of its users, Jangle is asking agents and developers already registered with it, along with any others who wish to influence the site’s development, to take part in some short surveys.

“There’s no obligation to take part and there is no commitment necessary, but we hope that, when Jangle is launched, it will be a portal that gives the users what they want, to enable them to promote properties to the market efficiently and with zero portal spend,” concluded Rosenblatt.
