International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Bramall Properties Limited, has secured a new letting to Dreams at St James Retail Park in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
The UK’s leading bed retailer has agreed a new 10 year lease for the 10,055 sq ft store, which is due to open on Boxing Day.
Situated on Grimbald Crag Road on the outskirts of the market town, St James Retail Park is a prime retail scheme in the area. Existing occupiers at the park include Next, Matalan, Boots, TK Maxx, Home Sense and an M&S Foodhall.
