A 400-acre rural estate in Swindon with outline planning permission for a new village of 2,500 dwellings, is being brought to market.

Logicor has secured three new leases, totalling 26,064 sq ft, at the Hillmead Complex, Marshall Road, Swindon. The 115,711 sq ft multi-let industrial estate is now fully let.

Octopus Real Estate has completed a £64 million loan secured on a 216-acre site with planning consent for the development of 1,550 new homes in Swindon, Wiltshire.
