Global real estate advisor Avison Young has announced the appointment of Julien Kenny-Levick as a Director in its industrial team.
Julien will be heading up the firm’s industrial team in Manchester, working alongside Simon Hampson (Director) and Jack Rodgers (Senior Surveyor), both of whom operate across transactional, consultancy and development roles.
He joins Avison Young after eight years at Roger Hannah, where he led the agency team across all aspects of industrial. Prior to that, Julien spent over 12 years at Colliers as a Director and Head of Industrial and Logistics in the North West, advising clients on major acquisitions and disposals.
As part of his new role at Avison Young, Julien will oversee acquisitions, disposals and lease advisory in the industrial sector, one of the UK’s fastest growing property subsectors and a key target for economic growth, as outlined in the government’s recent Industrial Strategy.
Working with an experienced team, his focus will be on accelerating the growth of Avison Young’s industrial offering and supporting key regional projects, including development sites for GLP Europe and key logistics facilities for GMPF.
