Cube RE (Cube) has announced the appointment of Tom Morley, who will work within the Investment team, marking a strategic move that launches a dedicated team on the acquisition, development, and asset management of roadside assets across the UK.
Tom is a highly successful property professional with a strong track record in developing complex, multi-site strategies. Prior to joining Cube, he played a key role at Mumbles Group where he delivered multiple key development projects, driving value add returns through planning, building, and leasing assets. This culminated in a portfolio sale to a US institution.
Before transitioning full-time into property investment and development in 2019, Tom was a distinguished professional polo player, representing England on multiple occasions and competing globally. Tom’s background reflects a commitment to high-performance teamwork and strategic execution.
At Cube, Tom will be responsible for spearheading the new roadside strategy, overseeing site sourcing, planning, development, and investment management, working closely with Cube’s Investment Director Nic Lowry and the broader team to drive this initiative forward.
