New board appointments at Willmott Dixon Interiors

Willmott Dixon Interiors, one of the UK's largest interior fit out and refurbishment contractors, has strengthened its board and senior leadership team with the appointments of Chris Linfoot and Simon Wilson in new operational director positions.

In 2021 Chris Linfoot won a CIOB Construction Manager of the Year gold medal for his role refurbishing 250,000 sq ft of commercial office space at Grade II listed Old Admiralty Building on Horse Guards Parade, and is joined by Simon Wilson, who has more than twenty years of construction sector expertise, most recently gained at Willmott Dixon Construction where he was a senior operations manager.

The appointments form part of Willmott Dixon Interiors' growth plans and are supported by an expanded operational structure, which has seen Ivan Fluin and Nick Kent join as senior operations managers from Balfour Beatty and Graham Group respectively, with Rob Brown promoted to the same position from within the company. Nick Anderson and Danny Malone have also been promoted to senior commercial manager positions.

Tom McEvoy, director of operations for Willmott Dixon Interiors, said: "We are very pleased to welcome Chris and Simon to our Board. Chris is a proven and resilient leader with extraordinary customer service skills and the vision and focus to motivate teams. Simon joins us with a reputation for delivering complex construction projects that require innovative solutions. He is hugely experienced, and we are delighted that he has chosen to join our business.

Willmott Dixon Interiors is known for remodelling and renewing complex heritage buildings with experience across the commercial, hotel, leisure, education, secured environment, health and science and tech sectors nationwide.
