SHW has named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 Framework.
This closed framework. Let under the Procurement Act 2023, gives public sector organisation access to a wide range of services to help manage their estates, including total estate management and surveying and strategic advice services.
Under this framework, SHW has secured a place on four key lots: Lot 1 – Total Estate Management; Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management; Lot 3 – Agency & Lease Management, and; Lot 6 – Business Rating Services.
