A private investor, advised by London Clancy, has concluded two industrial property lettings, totalling 10,737 sq ft at Units 1 and 2, Newton Park on the Portway West Business Park in Andover, Hampshire.
Unit 1, which totals 8,850 sq ft of industrial property, has been taken by a private business on a new ten-year lease. At Unit 2, a 1,887 sq ft semi-detached industrial property, a new five-year lease, has been agreed with Trek20, a campervan conversion and customisation specialist, at an annual rent of £8.48 per square foot.
