GLP has leits a 275,000 sq ft unit at G-Park Stoke, in Stoke on Trent, to AO Logistics, one of the leading home delivery providers of white goods in the UK. AO Logistics is a new customer for GLP.
The development has been leased on a five year term and benefits from best-in-class specification, including a clear height of 15 metres, 28 dock levellers, four level access doors, a 50 metre service yard, 70 HGV parking spaces, 166 car parking spaces, a gatehouse and three-storey offices.
AO Logistics intends to use the facility to support the continued growth of its operations across the UK.
Located within an established commercial area, G-Park Stoke is situated in close proximity to the M6, which enables easy access to the North West and West Midlands, as well as the M1 which provides access to London and the North East.
GLP was represented by CBRE, JLL and Moriarty & Co, and AO Logistics was represented by Jon Atherton of Savills.
