Logicor has let 2 Cartside Avenue, Inchinnan, Renfrew PA4 9RU to Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd.
The 30,072 sq ft warehouse, with two-storey offices has been let to the gas generation company on a new three-year lease. The property is located adjacent to Glasgow International Airport, close to Junction 29 of the M8 Motorway.
James Carney, Asset Manager, Logicor, says: “Peak Scientific were keen to move quickly on securing new accommodation. We worked with them closely to accommodate their needs.”
Charlie Street, Facilities Manager, Peak Scientific, comments: “We are well underway to get our warehouse transition closed this weekend and operational from Monday, and the Training facility is running already. It’s a great space and I’m hoping already that we will revisit and extend the lease going forward.”
