A local medical equipment company, advised by SHW and CBRE, has assigned its lease at Unit B, Woolborough Lane, Crawley to OC Motor Repair.
The motor company has taken over the lease on the 15,312 sq ft warehouse property, which expires in June 2027, to accommodate its business expansion.
Unit B comprises three adjoining warehouse/industrial units in a detached block on a 0.93-acre concreted site. Accessed via Gatwick Road, the location provides easy access to the M23 and M25, as well as to Gatwick Airport and the wider South East.
