SHW sells Amsprop’s Croydon Warehouse

SHW has concluded the sale of Amsprop’s Unit 1, Swan Close in Croydon to a logistics company for its own occupation.

The 4,103 sq ft industrial/warehouse and business unit with 50/50 warehouse and office space, is located on the eastern side of Gloucester Road, which runs between the A222 (St James’ Road) and A213 (Northcote Road), close to Croydon town centre and the main train and tram lines.

The business space was sold freehold with vacant possession.
