- McNamara’s Sports Bar & Lounge signs 10-year lease at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Cheshire
Sandyford Properties has completed a 6,381 sq ft letting to a sports bar operator at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn, Cheshire. The landlord, Sandyford Properties, advised by BA Commercial, has let units 25-26 at the estate to McNamara’s Sports Bar & Lounge on a 10-year lease.
McNamara’s will use the space as a sports bar, snooker hall and dart academy. The venue will be the company’s third location in the north west.
Astmoor Industrial Estate provides around 2.3 million sq ft of predominantly industrial accommodation. The scheme is now fully let to a wide range of tenants.
Units at the estate include dedicated loading and car parking areas, level access loading doors at the front of each unit and office accommodation.
The estate is located close to junctions 11 and 12 of the M56 motorway, providing access to Liverpool and Manchester. It is also around two miles from the 3MG Mersey Multimodal Gateway hub in Halton, which offers connections by rail, road and sea.
The transaction was conducted by Sandyford’s internal asset management team alongside BA Commercial.
