Leopard Capital sells Amazon unit in Welwyn Garden City for £5.525m
- Deal follows a ten-year lease regear ahead of disposal to Legal & General.
Leopard Capital has sold its 22,291 sq ft Amazon Distribution Centre in Welwyn Garden City to Legal & General for £5.525m.
The unit is let to Amazon UK Services Ltd on a new ten-year lease from April 2026, following a lease regear completed ahead of the sale.
The disposal followed an approach from L&G, which owns the neighbouring CityPark estate in Welwyn Garden City.
Leopard Capital was advised by Knight Frank, and Kimmre acted for L&G.
