• Latest deals take total sales to 10 of 14 units at the Forge Wood development on Moore Road.

Permission Homes and Taylor Wimpey, advised by SHW, have sold two further warehouse/light industrial units at Forge Wood in Crawley, bringing the total number of units sold at the scheme to 10 of 14.

ProSys Dev Ltd has acquired the 2,468 sq ft Unit 13, while Proaxs has purchased the 2,473 sq ft Unit 9. Both units form part of a new development of 14 warehouse and light industrial units on the north eastern side of Crawley, less than half a mile from Junction 10 of the M23.

Four units remain available at Forge Wood, ranging from 2,471 to 2,489 sq ft and offered on a freehold basis.

The scheme forms part of the wider Crawley North East Sector development, a mixed-use scheme that will eventually include 1,845 homes, a neighbourhood centre, a school and further employment space.
