Two occupiers let units at Aylesford trading estate

  • Aberdeen Investments has let two refurbished units at Deacon Trading Estate ahead of completion of the works.

Aberdeen Investments, advised by SHW, has let two units at Deacon Trading Estate in Aylesford, Kent, to Modern Milkman and Generator Installations.

The industrial estate is located on Forstal Road, one mile west of Junction 6 of the M20 motorway, giving it easy access to the wider motorway network.

Modern Milkman has taken unit 1E and Generator Installations has taken unit 1F. Each unit comprises approximately 6,500 sq ft of warehouse and office space, with yard space and parking. Both lettings were agreed prior to completion of refurbishment works at the units.

Steve Richmond, director of SHW, said: “The high standard of refurbishment of these two units at Deacon Trading Estate opened up options for new occupiers to join this popular and well-located estate so it’s no surprise that both were snapped up before completion of the refurbishment works.”
