Harel Insurance and development partner Valeo Capital, advised by Compton and Richard Susskind & Co, has let a 6,059 sq ft office property at 30a, Great Sutton Street, Clerkenwell, in London’s City Fringe market, to Cielo Talent.
The recruitment agency has taken the three-storey property, a five-minute walk from Farringdon Station, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £67.50 per sq ft.
