A prominent Grade A office building at Thorpe Park in Leeds has been acquired by Manchester-based Newpark Group for £3.25 million.
The 31,500 sq ft property at 2150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, is located five miles east of Leeds city centre at Junction 46 of the M1, and was purchased from the Threadneedle Property Investments Trust.
Newpark Group plans a full refurbishment of the three-storey building, due for completion by June 2026.
Two floors are currently available to lease, the ground floor offers 10,200 sq ft, while the top floor will offer 10,488 sq ft from January 2026. The first floor is let to Bellway Homes.
