Office investment sold in Coventry

Inspire Investments Holdings, represented by Bromwich Hardy, has sold the investment of 6 Cobalt Centre on Siskin Parkway East in Coventry, to PLP Investments Limited of Leamington Spa for £410,000.

The 3,178 sq ft two-storey office is let to Polar, the wearable sports and heart rate technology company, who took a five-year lease on the property in 2021.

David Penn, a partner of Bromwich Hardy, commented that the sale showed that there was considerable interest in investment opportunities in high-quality, modern offices as business started to recover from the impact of the pandemic.

“Well-built, modern and well-positioned accommodation such as this will continue to generate strong interest, particularly when it comes with a high-quality tenant on a long lease," he added.
