SHW’s Central London Office Agency team has secured a new tenant for the remaining available space at Strand Bridge House, 138-142 Strand, London WC2.
On behalf of an international film production company, the lease on the 6th floor, comprising 1,650 sq ft, has been assigned to a major infrastructure company which was looking for a new London base.

The deal follows on quickly from the assignment of the 5th floor which was taken by a talent agency specialising in London theatre.
