SHW’s London Commercial Property Management team have been appointed by The KSIMC of London to act as managing agent for its 6.3 acre site at Widewater Place in Uxbridge.
Widewater Place is home to 135,400 sq ft of multi-let office space. Having acted for the previous owner, SHW has been reappointed following The KSIMC of London’s acquisition of the site in October 2022.
