SHW and Cushman & Wakefield, have acquired the lease on the 7,000 sq ft second floor at Global House, on behalf of a local client looking to remain within Crawley.
Global House is an iconic office building prominently located at the gateway to Crawley town centre which has recently been refurbished to a Grade A specification. The building incorporates both new technology and the latest in environmental criteria and is a highly energy efficient building with all electric operating systems.
