Frasers Property UK has announced six office deals totalling 140,000 sq ft at Winnersh Triangle.
The transactions include engineering consultancy Jacobs UK which has taken a new lease on its 76,000 sq ft. Frasers will refurbish common parts of Jacobs’ building and 56,000 sq ft on the upper two floors.
Software giant Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has agreed to take 31,000 sq ft Building 210 where a major refurbishment is due to complete in September.
US healthcare company, Hollister has taken 10,700 sq ft of refurbished space in Building 1010. In Building 250, FLB Accountants has doubled its current occupancy by taking 6,400 sq ft and IFIS Publishing has taken 2,500 sq ft in the 100 series of buildings.
And Pip Studios has taken 13,000 sq ft. The company will use the space for post-production media services, translating film and TV productions into multiple languages.
