Greenridge takes stake in new real estate modelling platform, Pantera
Specialist UK property investment manager, Greenridge Investment Management, has taken a stake in Pantera – a tech platform which aims to bring new levels of efficiency to real estate investment and asset management modelling.
 

The platform has been created by Caleb Dunn, Alex Wilson and Jack Hammond who were all formerly with the property management software business, Re-Leased. Having completed its Seed Round of funding last year, Pantera is now raising additional investment to serve a wider audience of property investment professionals and further develop its AI capabilities.

Pantera CEO, Caleb Dunn, comments: “The current approach to investment modelling for real estate professionals is broken. It’s extremely time-intensive, costly and prone to error.
