Leading real estate advisory Bidwells has announced the appointment of Tom Boxall who joins as a Partner within the firm’s Operational Living Capital Markets division.
Boxall joins from Unite Students where he spent the last two years as Acquisition and Development Manager. Prior to this he worked with Avison Young where he started his career as a graduate and worked his way up to Associate Director within residential and mixed-use development advisory for private and public sector clients.
With Unite Students, Boxall managed the acquisition of PBSA across the UK, along with delivering its existing development pipeline. At Bidwells, he will be working alongside Partners Rob Sheldon (Single Family and Affordable Housing), Oliver Heywood (Co-Living and BTR) and Team Partner Colin Summers, based in the firm’s London office working across PBSA and Student living, Co-Living and BTR.
