Burger King takes Walton-on-Thames property

Burger King UK has taken a 1,655 sq ft retail property in Walton-on-Thames in Surrey from a private landlord, advised by Curchod & Co.
The fast-food operator has taken property at 34 High Street on a new 15-year lease.
Thomas Nurton of Curchod & Co said: "It is encouraging to see a high-profile brand, and a national occupier, add to the mix of tenants within the town. The letting will help boost footfall within the town that will benefit other occupiers and businesses."
Burger King UK was represented by Lunson Mitchenall in the transaction.
