COLLIERS DIRECTORS LEAVE TO FORM NEW ADVISORY FIRM

Four Colliers directors Steve Burnaby, Andrew Kingston and Rupert Long have left the firm to form a new advisory business BKL Property Consultants, along with consultant Nigel Panton.

Kingston, Long and Panton previously worked together at specialist retail agency Briant Champion Long, which Colliers bought in 2014, while Burnaby had worked for Colliers since 2012.

The team has established a new multi-disciplied property practive providing 'innovatve market advice for owners and occupiers across retail, leisure and alternative uses throughout the UK', already securing mandates with Capital & Regional, Aberdeen Standard and LandSec, as well as occupiers including Lush, Hotel Chocolat and Wagamama.
