Four & Co, the London-based retail and leisure property specialist, has strengthened its lease advisory team with the appointment of Victoria Mayers,from CBRE, where she spent almost 14 years.
She will work will work closely with Partner Adam Cohen in Four & Co's lease advisory team.
Victoria has close to 20 years’ experience advising both occupiers and landlords on lease renewals, regears and rent reviews across the retail and leisure sectors. Her client work has included major national and international brands such as Starbucks, Lloyds Banking Group, and a number of premium retailers in prime locations, including Mikimoto and Turnbull & Asser. She is known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach to landlord and tenant issues, and has regularly acted as an expert witness on third-party matters.
