Four & Co, the London-based retail and leisure property specialist, has announced the appointment of Mike Flint, formerly the Property Director at high street optician Vision Express, as a consultant to the expanding firm.
Including his 26 years at Vision Express, Flint brings an impressive 35 years of experience in the retail sector.
During his tenure at Vision Express, Flint was instrumental in overseeing the company’s retail store networks, and his strategic approach to the firm’s growth, included mergers and acquisitions, which significantly bolstered Vision Express's market presence. This included the acquisition of Tesco Opticians, which added 210 stores to the portfolio of shops and stores.
In his new role at Four & Co, Flint will leverage his vast experience to provide strategic advice on retail property, contributing to the firm's mission of delivering top-tier services to the retail market. His deep understanding of joint ventures and franchising, underscored by his operational responsibility for a £100M business encompassing 135 stores, makes him a key asset to the Four & Co team.
