New retail and leisure firm established a four leave GCW

Four high-profile retail and leisure property experts have left London-based retail property firm, GCW, to establish a new agency and advisory partnership.

Adam Cohen, Callum Mortimer, Gareth Storer and James Pearson have launched Four & Co and will focus on the retail, leisure and alternatives sectors across the UK.

Gareth Storer explained: “Over the past two years we have seen the pandemic transform our market, with occupiers and brands reappraising their property needs. New business models are appearing daily, and we’re seeing the beginnings of another revolution in retail and leisure. It’s the perfect backdrop against which to launch our new business, with the aim of supporting landlords and occupiers as they look to capitalise on these changes.”

James Pearson added: “Four & Co draws its name from the four key and complementary disciplines we represent; lease advisory, landlord agency, tenant representation and investment agency. Our combined experience in these areas will bring high-quality, seamless and holistic solutions to our clients up and down the country. Our aim is to deliver first-rate service and a proactive, data-led approach that is grounded in decades of experience, in-depth market knowledge and established relationships.”
