The Howard de Walden Estate and the Marylebone Leisure Group create a new casual dining concept on London’s Marylebone High Street

Home Marylebone will occupy the former Coco Momo unit at 79/80 Marylebone High Street and will offer a casual, all-day, indoor-outdoor dining experience. It follows the success of the group’s sister venue, The Marylebone which is also on the high street.

Rob Kirk, Head of Retail & Leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate commented: “Marylebone Leisure Group is a great example of one of our established occupiers seeing the benefits of increasing their presence in the area and expanding their loyal customer base. We are looking forward to the re-opening of this key corner site and helping them create what promises to be an exciting addition to the great food and drink venues across Marylebone Village.”

MLG CEO Lawrence Santi commented: “As a business, we like to be embedded within communities and Marylebone has an urban village offer that we really identify with. Following the success of The Marylebone, it was a natural choice for us to expand in the area. Home Marylebone will be a new and exciting venue and is inspired by the best all-day eateries of Los Angeles”.

Marylebone Leisure Group own and operate venues across the UK including the Barsmith Event Bars and its signature drinks brand The Spirits of Ecstasy.
