• Sigrid Mirus joins from Prologis to lead the firm's logistics development pipeline from Dusseldorf.

Arrow Capital Partners, the pan-European and Asia-Pacific real estate developer, investor and manager, has appointed Sigrid Mirus as Head of Construction, Germany.

Mirus will lead the origination and delivery of logistics developments across the country, overseeing projects from land acquisition through to completion. She will be based in Dusseldorf and will report to Lawrence Harkness, Head of Development, Europe.

She joins Arrow with more than 30 years' experience in project management for large-scale industrial and logistics developments. Mirus moves from Prologis, where she was Head of Development Management for Germany. She previously spent a decade at DHL Group, where she was responsible for the construction of large parcel centres and commercial buildings.

The appointment forms part of Arrow's wider expansion of its European development team, backed by an ambitious growth strategy. The business has €420 million of development capital committed, comprising €300 million of projects delivered below budget and €120 million currently under construction. Arrow is actively seeking strategic logistics development sites across Europe as it continues its global development and leasing programmes.
