Romal Capital launches energy tools at Liverpool Waters

  • Nifty Places is introducing energy-management functionality to residents of the 135-apartment Aquitania scheme in a phased rollout.

Romal Capital and Nifty Places are to introduce new energy-management functionality at Aquitania, its 135-apartment development at Liverpool Waters.

The new functionality is being launched to give residents clearer information about their energy use. It is also intended to help them use heating schedules, temperature controls, and remote management more effectively, so they can identify where energy is being wasted and lower their household bills.

Every apartment at Aquitania already features Nifty’s integrated smart-home technology, including smart lighting and heating. Residents can control the systems using wall switches, a dedicated tablet, voice commands or an app. The aim is to make energy information simple and useful without compromising comfort. Over time, the improvements could help residents manage their household costs while reducing the environmental impact of everyday living across the development.
