MAPP has been appointed to manage the commercial element of One Crown Place, a mixed-use development just off Finsbury Square in the City of London. It was appointed on behalf of asset manager Green Place Partners and Malaysian investor MTD Group.

The scheme comprises two new towers with more than 100,000 sq ft of office space, three ground-floor retail units totalling 7,000 sq ft, and 246 residential apartments on the upper floors. A self-contained 25,000 sq ft office building with shared amenities sits alongside the towers. Separately, a 41-room, five-star boutique hotel is operated by Bespoke Hotels. 

MAPP will provide integrated management and occupier services.
