A private family property company, advised by SHW, has sold the freehold interest in Units 4 and 5, Britannia Business Park in Aylesford, Maidstone to a Kent-based private investor at a figure above the asking price.

The sale price has not been disclosed.

The two modern industrial units, each totalling 2,476 sq ft, are well let to strong covenants: Unit 4 to the Secretary of State for Health and Unit 5 to charity Choice Support.

Located on Mills Road, Quarry Wood  Britannia Business Park is close to Junction 5 of the M20, with other occupiers including Screwfix, HSS and Sytner.
