Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Malcolm Frodsham as head of research and Annika Ormerod as operations manager.

Frodsham has more than 30 years’ experience in UK commercial real estate research, investment strategy and market analysis. He was previously research director at IPD and head of research and strategy at Legal & General Property.

Ormerod joins from KPMG, where she worked in deal advisory transaction services, specialising in real estate.
