BNP Paribas Real Estate, part of the BNP Paribas Group, a global leader in financial services, has relocated its London headquarters to Harewood Avenue in Marylebone. The move forms part of the Group’s ‘one roof’ strategy across all its markets to bring together its entities in major cities ‘under one roof’.
Etienne Prongue, CEO at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “Being part of one of the world’s pre-eminent financial services groups and the leading bank in the Eurozone gives BNP Paribas Real Estate an unrivalled point of differentiation. We can offer our clients financial fluency, insight, governance, sustainable thinking and executional excellence in a way no other advisor can.
We have recently been making great strides in a collaborative client approach with our bank colleagues, winning new mandates with the likes of John Lewis, Morrisons, National Grid, and Centrica. Relocating to the bank’s campus will ensure we are even better connected with our colleagues at BNP Paribas, making new and lasting relationships much easier for the benefit of our clients.”
The Harewood Avenue Campus spans two buildings, 7 and 10 Harewood Avenue, and provides a range of onsite facilities including a client conferencing and hospitality suite, roof terrace, employee restaurant, coffee bar, gym, contemplation room and a document solutions centre.
The majority of HQ employees have relocated to the Harewood Avenue Campus, and BNP Paribas Real Estate will maintain a presence in the City at 5 Aldermanbury Square for the firm’s city facing teams. The firm also has a West End office on Savile Row, together with a network of regional offices in key UK cities.
Prongue added, “Our agile London campus approach presents significant opportunities and benefits for our clients and our employees. We will continue with hybrid-working across our estate to give all employees flexibility whilst maintaining the advantages that coming together in physical workspace offers.”
The planned move to the Harewood Avenue Campus follows another strategic office acquisition as part of the ‘one roof’ approach, in Glasgow.
In October 2022, 300 of the bank’s Glasgow employees, who work for the Securities Services business, together with the BNP Paribas Real Estate’s teams, relocated to 177 Bothwell Street, one of the city’s most prestigious office blocks. This marked the first of its kind across the UK where the real estate business shares a collaborative office space with its banking colleagues.
