Helical has announced its Chief Operating Officer and Group Company Secretary James Moss will succeed Tim Murphy as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Helical at this year’s Annual General Meeting in July.
Tim, who has been an integral part of Helical for 31 years, including 13 years as CFO, will be stepping down from the Board at the 2025 AGM.
James, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has been with Helical since 2014, progressing through key leadership roles, including Group Financial Controller, Company Secretary, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer. His deep expertise in finance and real estate, coupled with his strategic insight, makes him the ideal choice to take on the role of CFO.
James will assume the position of CFO Designate from 1 April 2025 and will work closely with Tim over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition.
