Strettons has announced its acquisition of sbh Page & Read, a well-established commercial property firm operating across North & East London, The Docklands, Essex and the M11 Corridor. This strategic acquisition strengthens each surveying practice's coverage and ability to deliver exceptional value across core markets.
Strettons and sbh Page & Read bring highly specialised local proficiencies in industrial and commercial property, asset management, valuations, and lease advisory. By combining their decades of experience in the same core coverage areas, the expanded team will provide clients with more tailored, impactful advice while solidifying Strettons' presence.
The acquisition will be a significant bolster to our Industrial & Logistics and commercial property offering as we bring on over 100 new listings in our markets including many multi-let industrial estates. Strettons Property and Asset Management and the management arm of sbh Page & Read will look after many of those estates.
