The Mercers' Company, advised by Knight Frank and Ingleby Trice, has leased more than 55,000 sq ft of office space across three developments in the City of London.
Law firm Davis Polk has relocated its HQ and secured 31,800 sq ft at the Whittington Building, part of the Mercers' Frederick’s Place estate. The five-storey building was designed by Stanton Williams architects. Davis Polk’s relocation marks a significant expansion of its London operation.
Elsewhere, flexible office provider, The Boutique Workplace Company, has taken a 15-year lease on 1-3 Frederick’s Place, a redeveloped Grade II listed building offering 18,000 sq ft on seven floors, including a rooftop terrace.
In a third transaction, property consultant Fisher German, has taken a new lease on 6,000 sq ft at Becket House, located at 36 Old Jewry.
