New occupier secured for Croydon’s AMP House

SHW, on behalf of Schroders Capital, has let 6,200 sq ft at AMP House to a confidential occupier.

Thomas Tarn, Associate at SHW, says: “The deal follows the recent works to the building reception which offers an impressive and professional arrival experience after the very short journey from East Croydon Station.”

AMP House is a landmark Croydon building, comprising approximately 100,000 sq ft of office space, in the core East Croydon office market.  Located on the junction of Dingwall Road and George Street, opposite Box Park, and above national food & beverage operators such as Pret a Manger, Caffe Nero and Nandos, the building is ideally positioned for modern office occupiers by East Croydon Station, which provides regular services to London, Gatwick and the South Coast.

Following this latest letting, SHW and joint letting agents BNP Paribas Real Estate are marketing a range of further business space options in the building from 861 sq ft up to wings of c7,000 sq ft and can offer various configurations to suit larger requirements.
