• Wettons Cleaning Services and MadFun have taken offices on The Montreal Estate, leaving one building available.

The Montreal Estate, advised by SHW, has let two office buildings at Salters Heath Business Centre, near Sevenoaks, to Wettons Cleaning Services and MadFun.

Wettons Cleaning Services has taken a new 10-year lease at Jubilee House. The 3,526 sq ft standalone office building is arranged over ground and first floors on a former farm. It has four principal suites either side of a central core, plus a ground floor annex to the rear.

MadFun, a specialist in outdoor play equipment, trampolines and swimming pools, has taken a new five-year lease at The Dovecote. The 1,075 sq ft building incorporates the site’s original dovecote. It offers open plan office space, a separate meeting room and a double height terrace office.

Both buildings are within the wider Montreal Estate. The centre is on Cold Arbor Lane, 1 mile south east of the junction of the A25 and A21, with immediate access to the M25 at Junction 5. Sevenoaks town centre is 2 miles to the east.
