London-based Future PropTech (www.futureproptech.co.uk), the real estate technology event business, has been acquired by CREtech (www.cretech.com) as part of its global expansion strategy and commitment to building the largest international PropTech community.

In a statement CRETech announced that the combined company will 'drive innovation to the real estate industry by becoming the largest global real estate tech conference and research company.'

Founded by Gary Chimwa in 2015, Future PropTech has doubled in size every year since its inception and has grown to become the leading and most well-attended PropTech event in Europe.

“Acquiring Future PropTech represents the beginning of our company’s global expansion strategy and there is no better place for us to start than in Europe,” stated Michael Beckerman, CEO, CREtech.

The London FUTURE PropTech event will be held at a new venue; Magazine London, located on the Greenwich Peninsula in the south-east of the capital.
