Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak will be the keynote speaker for MIPIM 2020 and will address the real estate conference in Cannes on Wednesday 11th March, according to the global real estate event's website.
While details of his speech have not been released, the website profiles Wozniak and hints at the topics that will be covered, stating: "Technology is no longer an option. Technology integrates the entire value chain of the real estate ecosystem. It also serves the human – the social."
It goes on to say: "To build our future, leaders in real estate need to anticipate the rapidly changing requirements of the user and to adopt new ideas. Such challenges and opportunities present a wider space; to develop creativity, encourage innovation and to think differently."
As a high profile entrepreneur, Wozniak is certain to be a big draw for those attending Mipim - particularly for those in the PropTech community.
