Only 10% of letting agents want a full-time return to the office

A poll of letting agents has revealed that almost half (47%) would like more flexibility to work remotely and that only 10% want to return to the office on a full-time basis at the end of the pandemic and 20% said they would prefer to work from home full-time.

Goodlord, who conducted the poll, suggested that while it was only a small sample size the results reflect a changing attitude to remote working as a result of the lockdown.

It also revealed that 41% of the respondents said that they would like “their agency’s culture shift to a more remote working model.” Only 5% of respondents said that they had “found it very difficult."
