Tattersall Lorenz, the owner-operated SME property manager based in Berlin, has been instructed the management of a portfolio of 34, mainly retail, properties in southern Germany.
The single-tenant and multi-tenant assets have a total lettable area of around 72,000 square metres. Tenants include Aldi, Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Penny, Rewe and Rossmann.
Reacting to the new mandate, Susanne Tattersall, of Tattersall Lorenz, said: "It is further confirmation that Tattersall Lorenz has established a reputation as a competent and trusted property manager throughout Germany. The assets will be managed by a team based in our Berlin and Stuttgart offices."
Tattersall Lorenz is currently responsible for the property management of 468 assets, with a total lettable area of ca. 4.2 million square metres. They include office and retail properties, as well as hotels and light industrial investments. The company now manages 105 retail properties, with a total lettable area of 541,000 square metres.
