• New arrivals include a fashion retailer, a medical operator and a private doctors' surgery across Church Road and Rocks Lane.

SHW has advised a number of private clients on five retail and commercial lettings in Barnes, south west London, completed between December 2025 and July 2026.

The transactions cover units on Church Road and Rocks Lane and have brought a mix of retailers, healthcare providers and professional services businesses to the area.

The lettings are:

• 82 Church Road – let in July 2026 to a retailer. The unit extends to approximately 863 sq ft across ground, lower ground and basement floors.
• 8-9 Rocks Lane – let in May 2026 to a medical operator, comprising approximately 1,178 sq ft of ground and basement accommodation.
• 100 Church Road – let in April 2026 to a local Barnes contractor specialising in bespoke refurbishments, extensions, conversions and design-and-build services, which will use the former locksmith unit as its office and showroom.
• 86 Church Road – let in January 2026 to Lark London, the family-owned fashion retailer with 20 stores across the capital. The unit totals approximately 1,021 sq ft.
• 102 Church Road – let in December 2025 to a private doctors' surgery, occupying the former bank building.
