CAF and Match Worn Shirt Join Lowry Park Manchester

Canmoor has welcomed two new occupiers to its Manchester industrial and logistics hub, taking a combined 60,000 sq ft.

Match Worn Shirt  has taken a lease on 11,500 sq ft in Unit 1 to scale its charity-driven football shirt business and CAF, 49,000 sq ft in Unit 10 for the European rail manufacturer’s operations.

Phase 1 of Lowry Park delivers 10 high-quality, sustainable warehouse units ( from 5,050 to 55,800 sq ft) with EPC A and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ ratings, PV panels, EV charging, LED lighting and cycle facilities.

Just two miles from Manchester city centre with direct M60 access, Lowry Park is strategically located for last-mile logistics. Demand is strong for the remaining units, while the next phase will bring two larger spaces of 123,600 and 153,700 sq ft.

Rodney Hunt, of Canmoor, comments: “We are excited to welcome two new occupiers to Lowry Park. Set in the perfect location to serve Manchester for last-mile logistics, and for access to the wider motorway network, the surrounding area serves a diverse commercial audience with CAF and Match Worn Shirt adding to this mix, demonstrating the pull of the strategic location, along with the quality of the development.”

Colliers, Rock Real Estate and DTRE are retained as letting agents at Lowry Park.
